From October 30 to November 5, Native American Public Telecommunications(NAPT) has organized the Vision Maker Film Festival for young adults to display their talents in technology. From October 30 to November 5, Native American Public Telecommunications(NAPT) has organized the Vision Maker Film Festival for young adults to display their talents in technology. The festival is a collection of short-form videos made by people age 14-21 from anywhere in the United States. Films were to be produced to the topic of “Elder Voices, Youth Choices” -the theme of this year’s festival.

All presentations are free and open to the public.
